Depends, Florida and VA has it differences. It takes more information to make such a decision.

If you are going to conduct business in Florida, you at least need to register your LLC as a Foreign Corporation with Florida's Secretary of State. www.sunbiz.org Whether you actually move the LLC to Florida is a different discussion and does need more information. You not only want to consider the legal ramifications, but also the tax issues.
