Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I recently ran into legal questions with a buiness venture established as an LLC, in the state of florida... The business is a buiness mangement and billing company that did third party billing for call centers. we have a co.that went out of buisness and the merchant of our billing co. is liable for the charge backs from the co. or client that went out of buisness. How can I avoid the credit damage from the merchant to personal credit from the merchant and have the company liable for the charge backs and accumulated debt instead of my personal credit?

You can't unless you file a lawsuit and win.
