Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
refund
I purchased 10 vending machines from a company in Florida, I live in Indiana. They sold me these machines with a money back if they don't pay for themselves in 6 months warranty. As soon as I got the machines, the company would not talk to me. I sent them money in Sept. and now it is the end of Dec. and I still have the machines in storage. They told me on Nov. 4 they would give me my money back. Two weeks later they had their phones disconnected. What can I do?

Re: refund
You will need to file a lawsuit for breach of contract. I am available to assist you with the case.

Re: refund
If they are still in business you will probably have to sue them. Good luck.
