Can you tell me with reference to laws of Florida
1. If I form a company where I am only employee and only shareholder can I be the registered agent ? Who can and cannot be a registered agent?

Anyone over the age of 18 at a location where service of process may be made during normal business hours within the state can be the registered agent.
