Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I rent out my garage for business on a weekly basics I have a tenant that is behind in the rent, how do I go about evicting this tenant legal from my property. There is no contract sign between the owner and the tenant.

You send the tenant a written notice prior to filing an eviction action in court. Then, you file the eviction action. You can do this yourself, without an attorney. See the clerk of court website for your county to find forms.

You give a 3 day notice and then evict. The forms are available at the court house.
