representing my own interest
Do I have the right to represent my business in a court of law with out having an attorney present. And if you have any cases that document that.

Not if its a corporation, unless it is a small
claims action.

If it's a corporation, you need a lawyer.

If you are a corporate entity then if the amount in controversy is over $5000.00 you need an attorney.
