Request for document discovery
Can a defendent in a lawsuit request corporate entity struture and ownership documents? If so how? At pre-trial? Finallly, do you request from the Corporation owner if the suit is filed by an authorized representative of the corporation or is the authorized representative required to comply?

Re: Request for document discovery
It depends on whether the informarion is relevant or calculated to lead to the discovery of relevant or admissible evidence. You request it from the corporation. It is the party to the suit.
