Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Am I required to file if an officer resigns in FL?

I would simply like the answer to this one question as I have received conflicting answers from two consultants.

If an officer such as the VP, or Treasurer resigns from a Florida s-corp, Is the registered agent of that corporation required to file any documents pertaining the resignation with the FL department of corporations ( non-public company with no shares held by anyone other than officers )OR is the corporation not required to file anything until the next UBR filing is required?

If filing is required, what forms must be filed by the corporation to update the list of new officers with the state?

No. I would just wait until the next annual report is due. Save the cost of the filing fee by not sending it in until then.
