Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Research
I am researching a question for my buisness law class. If a person from your company stole $6000 from your company accounts by transfering it to a personal account what kind of charges can be filed against them? This buisness is now under new management. Can the new owner file charges or would it have to be the old owners?

Theft.
Embezlement.
Civil Theft.
Breach of contract.
Depends om what you mean by "new owners."
The state would bring the criminal charges.
The company would bring the civil actions. It does not matter that there are new owners.
