Reseller Agreement
I need a template for a reseller agreement between (my corporation) and (individuals, companies, or organizations).
The subject of the agreement is photographic images. I need an agreement between the image owner and my company that allows me to sell licenses to others for the use of the owner�s images.
The actual license is between the image owner and the license purcahser.
I don�t want to touch copyrights or ownership. I just want to act as broker for the licensing (not purchase).
I will want to include specifications for my commission rate.
Any help is good.
