Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
re-selling a product
Is is legal to resell a product? For example, if I find out the Jello is great for making plants grow. Can I repackage the Jello and sell it as a revolutionary new product for growing plants and not mention that it is actually Jello?

Re: re-selling a product
You would do much better to go to the source of what is making the plants grow and simply getting the raw materials. Otherwise, you're paying for the Jello brand name and not benefiting from it. I doubt Jello would be bothered by your proposal, but why pay them part of your profits?
