Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Greetings, I own a Restaurant business here in royal palm beach, Florida and I recently been receiving complaints of a online version of our menu with different prices and more types of food, I however, had never paid any cooperations for online menu services, so out of the curiosity, I searched the Internet and found the website indicating to be our restaurant and with a different menu with different prices. I believe this draws frastration to our customers and hense, making our customers going away, which is a loss to our business and ruins our reputation. The said company that put up the false menu is 'SinglePlatform' and I was wondering what types of law they violated. Please give me a reply, thank you very much.

What a mess. They are offering information to the public and the least they can do is get it right. If you call, they will probably want money for advertising. They are providing highly inaccurate information for free. Perhaps you can get a cease and desist order by suing in Circuit Court. It just makes good sense that if they are providing information it should be accurate. Give them a copy of your current menu and see what they do. If they want a ton of money for advertising and will not correct the information, then file suit.
