Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
A restaurant signed a contract with my company for advertising, now the manager that signed the contract has been terminated and the owner of the restaurant wants to refuse final payment saying he did not approve the advertising contract. The contract is for the restaurant and not the manager and when you hire a manager to run your restaurant aren't you authorizing that person to make legal agreements for your restaurant?

The contract is probably valid and enforceable. If it can't be resolved, you may want to consider filing a lawsuit against the restaurant to collect the money. If the amount is less than $5,000, then you can file the case in small claims court.
