Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I am a soon to retire carpenter operating as a corporation in Florida.
My question is what will happen to these 2 problems I have if I dissolve the corporation. Will these 2 issues involving a building lot I own in Georgia dissolve also?
1- I've tried to sell this property for a few years already because of high HOA fees I can no longer afford. I've also tried donating it to a charity, but they weren't interested.
2- I owe the HOA a few thousand dollars in back HOA fees.... a law firm/collection agency is trying to collect.
Can I clear myself of both of these?
Thank you for your advice.
