return from short term disablity
I work for BellSouth (att). I have 26 plus years. I an currently on short term disability. My Dr released me to go back to work on 9/25 half day 2 weeks the full duty. My benefit department ''Sedwick'' is refusing me to return to work because they consider me disabled until their Dr. speaks to my Dr. I feel when i go back i will get fired and loose my benefitfs. They pertains to my boss.
Before i went on benefits he would always ask me when i was going to retire. Also, said he was sick of my personal problems. i am seeking some advise. i have additional information.
