hello my name is ricardo and i wish to start selling an all natural slush type drink on the beaches. i was wondering if i need a license to sell this, its non alcoholic, and i would make it at home. if i do need a license which do i need.

Licensing requirements for such business activities are set by the local governmental authority which has jurisdiction over that beach. Contact that local governmental authority regarding any license or permit any such activity.
