Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Ripped off by a car dealership.
i need some advise. i purchased a new car from a nissan dealer, and the price listed on the window sticker is exactly what i paid, but it itemises some services i get for that price, but i did not get these services and when i tried to work it out with the dealer, he told me to ''watch my balls'' next time, then threatened to sue me for calling him a ''Jerk-Off''. he will not give me any paper work on the deal, and said if i want the paperwork to get a lawyer. so i paid 1600.00$ extra for the car for services i am not going to get. and each time i talk to the dealership i only get refered back to this individuel, and then i am sent away after being yelled at. and Nissan corperation says it is not a product issue and they will not help. what can i do? i only have the window sticker (price tag) and the finance agreement. it is all they have and ever will give to me. and can he sue me for calling him a name? i thought this was america last time i checked? words afe free here....

Sue them in Small Claims Court. Cursing is not actionable. Don't worry.
