What risks are involved in qualifying a reputable business to do residential construction work with my Florida residential contractor's. If there are risks what should I do to protect personal assets?

Your question does not contain enough facts and appears incomplete. Incorporation can protect personal assets. Risks involved in letting someone operate under your contractor's license? is that the question? Do not do that, you maintain control of all construction that will take place under your license.
