S Corp Stock Percent Change
My wife and I own an S Corp. We both control 50% of the stock each. We would like her to become majority owner with 51% to my 49%. IN the state of Florida how can I do that? WHat is the procedure to change stock percentages at this point?

You can either issue more stock to her or transfer part of your shares of stock to her.
