Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
sale blocking
I set up a business for retail sales of boat trailers primarily from loadmaster incorporated. loadmaster refuses to sell me their product now, they supposedly do not sell to the public, but I found out the owner's son is selling trailers to the public on premises under the name ''gold coast'' and is afraid of competition. I would like to know if this practice is illegal, and what I can do to prove that I am victim to a monopoly. Thank you.

Re: sale blocking
Refusing to sell to a customer whose intent is to resell the product is not illegal.
