sale of business with liens
if the buyer is unaware of liens and outstanding invoices on the business just purchased, do they have '30 days' to opt out or must they assume all debts, including liens?

You are considered to be aware of everything filed in the public records but if the seller hid other debts from you, you should get a business attorney right away, if it isn't already too late.
