Sale Ruffles online

Hello, I'm starting a project to create a web site that sales ruffles for different prices, the winner will be picked every 30 days. I was wondering if this can be done in the state of florida....

To the best of my knowledge selling "ruffles" is totally legal whether online or in a retail store. If you plan to sell raffles online, this would be no more legal than if you opened a retail store to do so. It is considered a form of gambling by the State of Florida as a game of chance and thus not allowed. The law generally overlooks church and charity raffles although many are technically illegal under a strict interpretation of the law.
