Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Salon Business
Two years ago I purchased a salon on contract. It states: In the event I sell the business within the agreed to three year period, she shal pay Kalliopi Markogiannakis the remaining $18,000. I am not selling I am closing the business due to the fact the business is not profitable. I received a registered letter from her today demanding I pay her $5,000 by April 15th. Please advise what I can do.
