Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Scammed on ebay
I won an auction for a Playstation 3 and 4 weeks later I have not recieved it. Seller will not answer emais or phone calls either. I have disuted this with paypal but the insurance only covers $200 and I paid $400. I live in Florida and Seller lives in Indiana. What can I do? Thanks.

You can sue in Indiana, but it probably is not worth the time and expense to do so.
