Seeking contract for pencentage comphensation of project

Recently starting a business which recuits independent consulting engineers to work on various projects under a non-disclousure contract. Consultants are not employees but are compensated by percentage of sale price and production run of the project they are contracted under. Looking for best form to use for this purpose

There are no forms. You will need to hire an attorney to fulfill your business' specific needs. Especially if you want a valid non-disclosure agreement, they have to be very narrowly tailored.
