You may be interested in operating as a limited liability company, but the type of organization will depend on the facts surrounding the purpose for your organization and the members which will be involved, management, etcetera.... These are things that will need to be discussed in full detail with a lawyer. Should you need assistance, you may contact the undersigned at (305) 769-3000.
