Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Can we sell our realestate?
I own a share (1/60)of a mobile park. When purchased from the former owner in 1992 our attorney at the time drew up a cooperative by which we operate under. At the time we purchased our park we received a 99 year lease (in essence we leased our lot from ourselves. My question:(1) What percent of the shareholders have to agree to sell if we are approached by someone that wants to buy at an agreed price? (2)Can the prospective buyer approached each shareholder & buy out their Lease one at a time from them at an agreed price & if sucessful in purchasing all shares, can he get ownership of the realestate in this manner? I await your reply.

Re: Can we sell our realestate?
Your question is much too complicated for this arena. The agreement would have to be reviewed
before an answer can be given.
