Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Selling Designer Imitation
I want to sell Designer Imitations stuff like walleta and clothes. I'll tell and put a sign telling the costumer that the product is an imitition.
Is illegal to do it? The products are equal to the original. They also have the brand and the logos.

Re: Selling Designer Imitation
Using the brand and the logo will cause you some serious trademark violates for your imitations.
