what about selling only internationaly and how can we know if any products we wantto resell have any brand protection?

I'm sorry, but your questions are too broad. 1. "What about selling only internationally" - Well, yes you can. 2. "Brand protection" - what do you mean by this? If my assumption is correct, you really don't have to worry about brand protection, but rather anti-competition rules.
