Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I am selling my utility trailer but I can not find the title to the utility trailer but I have the registration to the utility trailer is the registration to the utility trailer suffient to complete the sale of the utility trailer

Since when do utility trailers have a title? They have a registration only to my knowledge. If what I'm thinking is correct, a bill of sale should be sufficient for you/new owner to go to the tax collector's office and purchase a registration and a license plate. Or, maybe you can get it licensed at the tax office, and then have the registration transferred to the new owner -- a little bit of a hastle, but worth it to complete a sale, I would think.
Or, perhaps "utility trailer" is not an accurate description of what you own, and it maybe should have a title. I'm not you, so I don't know that.
