Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I am seperated (not legally & less than 1 year) from my husband. Since I moved out, I have gone into a partnership business venture w/another person. This partnership is now pretty close to getting a substantial amount of money from an investment group to invest in a product we have. If we do get this money and If/when we go thru divorce proceedings, can my husband get any of this money? Can I protect myself from him getting any part of this?

An attorney will tell you, the answer depends on a number of factors and more information is needed. When you say you are not legally separated, what do you mean? Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
