Re: Service Law
With the Florida Division of Corporations in Tallahhasse for securing a corporate and or fictitous name. They have a web site. If there is a trademark involved, a trademark/patent atty can assist with that.

NOTE: This communication is not intended as and should not be interpreted as legal advice. Rather, it is intended solely as a general discussion of legal principles. You should not rely on or take action based on this communication without first presenting ALL relevant details to a competent attorney in your jurisdiction and then receiving the attorneys individualized advice for you. By reading the Response to your question or comment, you agree that the opinion expressed is not intended to, nor does it, create any attorney-client relationship, nor does it constitute legal advice to any person reviewing such information, nor will it be considered an attorney-client privileged communication. RESPONSE: Your question lacks specification. But I can tell you that if you are simply using a fictitious name, then the statute is very specific in stating that you do NOT have an exclusive right to it, regardless of whether you registered it or not. Should you need assistance in creating an LLC or Corporation, or Professional Association, for your dental practice, then you may contact the undersigned.
