Need help setting up a Non-Profit
Hello,
I am wishing to open a non-profit corporation but need some help, or rather guidance as to the steps that I need to take. I have developed a business plan, have written what I think are basic articles of incorporation, have my three directors ready, and just need some advice and assistance getting ready legal paper to submit to the IRS so I can begin to do fund-raising.
