Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
What can I do to settle??
I'm being sued and have made an offer to pay the full amount and settle this out of court. At this time I can only pay $1000.00 plus intrest per month. The plantiff want's the full amount. I can pay the full amount. What can I do?

Your best bet is to retain competent counsel to represent you. The matter should be settled. Second, go to court and tell the judge. In many situations the Court will impose reasonable payment plans to resolve pending cases.
