Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Sexual harassment
My company policy says that if I become involved with an employee that I must be transferred or she must be transferred. I received a transfer . Since my transfer the relationship has ended and now she is claiming sexual harassment and threats. What rights do I have? Is this a legal sexual harassment case when she consented to the relationship. I feel that she is blackmailing me if I don't stay with her.
