Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I'm a sign Contractor. I have a customer who won't pay the balance he owes on his sign. I'm sure I can file a lien on his property, but I'm not sure how that works. Can I go remove his sign or half of it since he did pay a deposit?

No, you cannot remove the sign. Not even half of it. That's an open invitation for him to sue the pants off of you.
