Can I sign the lease for the executive suite office with my name instead of the business name and still maintain any tax deductions for the business?

Not sure I get the question. Why sign it in your name only? If it is a business expense, why not sign the lease with your name and title as an officer of the corp (e.g. John Doe, President, ABC Enterprises)?
