Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Can someone else sign the receipts on my behalf (with my permission)
Dear colleague
I am running an LLC and I am the only employee of that LLC. I am going on vacation for few weeks (and will not have access to papers or printer). If I receive any payments during my vacation, can I authorize my friend (in an other state or country) to prepare a receipt and sign and send it to the person who made the payment

Yes -- no problem, if you have properly authorized him to do so, he can act as the LLC's agent.
