Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

If i sign a rental contract but i haven't move in yet. the landlord haven't give me the keys.the association of the condo is in process of approve me. i don't want to move in. how do i get my deposit back.

The terms of your deposit return are governed by the contract you have with the lessor. I cannot see it or read it.
