Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I signed an agreement to pay someone for a future service. I have changed my mind and would like to pull out of the agreement. This is for a future training for Real Estate Investing. Training materials were witheld until I make my first payment. Can I change my mind and pull out?

Have you already made a payment? A review of the contract is necessary because there may be a grace period provision, or there may be something that the service provider has done in breach of the contract that would give you a way out.
