Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I signed up with a company as an affiliate. They are now refusing to give me my commissions. I have bank statements showing monies was never received. I have emails from the stating they already paid me. I wrote a bad review of them on BBB now when I ask for my money they just copy and paste my review as their reply. In our affiliate panel, under "payments made to me" is the comment " I hope talking sh** online was worth it". They are refusing to give me my money.

I hope that you have a contract . . . . if you do, then you can sue them for your commissions. In the future, it isn't a good idea to talk trash about people that owe you money unless your want to kiss that money good-bye -- but you already know that.
