Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
If i signed a document letting a company look up my old tax transcripts and then called them and told them i do not wish to give that permission to them, and they tell me o.k they have not yet sent in the document to request them yet. Do they have the right to send in the document anyway?

If your revocation of your consent was accepted by the company, they do not have the right to access your transcripts; however, it is advisable to confirm in writing your action and their agreement to not access your tax records.
