Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I signed a lease agreement for credit card processing. My husband is 50% owner along with his partner. I am not an officer or do I work for the business. The credit card machine was delivered, not set up yet, & my husbands partner now wants to sell the business & the property. His health is failing, but we were not aware of this until a few days after I signed. Is there any way to get out of this contract? Thanks
