Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
i have signed a non-compete, non-circumvent with a manufacturer and now he is refusing to ship product to us. We told him that we would find another vendor, but he's told us that now that he's told us how his product works (although he's revealed no formulations or anything) that we are bound for five years under his non-compete. What the heck is that?

The other attorney is right on point. You need to show what you signed to an attorney for evaluation. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
