Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
we are a small bis that sale retail.we needded workers so we called a man power compeny.
the guy over there said that for 750$ we will get a lady from russia within 10-15 days,but first we have to trensfer the money to his bank acc.the same day we did that,but by night time we got a call which said that we will get the same workers for free.
we gave the guy a call to ask for our money back but he didnt want to give it back saying there are no refound and if we want the girl we can get her.
we dont need the girl we are getting the same for no money we just want our money back.
the question is if we will go to small claims court we will get our money back?

Do you have a written agreement? What does it say? Which county will you be filing? What judge will you get? Besides these, there are about 100 other questions that need to be answered to determine if you have a viable case. The only way to be sure is to file suit.
