I am a partner in a LLC. I am having issues with the other partners, they want to dissolve the LLC and reopen to get me out. Can they do this without my signatyre or consent? Do I have any recourse if they reopen under a new name?

What does your operating agreement state about how the LLC can be dissolved? Under Florida Statute 608.441(c) on Dissolution, "Unless otherwise provided in the articles of organization or operating agreement, upon the written consent of all of the members of the LLC;"
