Can a corporation (employee authorized by an officer) represent it self (without an attorney) in a florida small claims court? *Please answer in plain english*

That answer should be qualified. According to the courts, the answer is no. Richter v. Higdon Homes, Inc., 544 So.2d 300 (Fla. 1st DCA 1989); Nicholson Supply Co. vs. First Federal Savings & Loan Assoc. of Hardee County, 184 So. 2d 438 (Fla. 2d DCA 1966), Szteinbaum v. Kaes Inversiones y Valores, C.A., 476 So.2d 247, 248 (Fla. 3d DCA 1985); Telepower Comm. Vv. LTI, 658 So. 2d 1026 (Fla. 4th DCA 1995).
