Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I own a small paving and grading co in Florida. We contracted a job with a large company by a unit price. They had us on the job for three days and ny their direction increased the job ten fold and whe it was time to tarry up they flatly refused to pay. Does this constitute theft of services?

Their refusal to pay constitutes breach of contract. If your written contract was

not updated by later changes, you must prove that the original contract was

modified by oral agreement, that you performed according to the agreed contract,

but they did not pay for the total services. You may have a problem if you

did not agree to increases in the contract price, but you can benefit by

consulting an attorney experienced in such business cases.
