Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Hi!!! I have a small windows and doors company. I made a mistake with an order, but it was to late to change it so I need to order again the material. The windows manufacturer put a Lien on my client house because I didn't have the money to reorder the material. Right now I still don't have the money ($12,000) and my client is asking me the release of lien. But the windows manufacturer does not want to gave me the release of lien unless I pay the $12,000. I don't know what to do, I'm so desperate. I owe too my warehouse rent, I want to close the company but I don't know what to do. Can someone help me?
