Smoking
Recently my company prohibited smoking on the grounds. I've been punching out for my breaks and leaving the property. My HR representative said this was not allowed, even though I was forfitting my paid breaks against my will. Is her statement true?

It doesn't sound reasonable for your employer to try to force you to break your obvious addiction to smoking by not letting you go off of their property to get a fix.
